		<description>Thank you so much for sharing this story with us.  I feel that many of us have our own inner addictions that we are trying to let go of or wish we didn't have.  They might not be involving a substance like alcohol, but could be just as dangerous with habitual negative mind patterns and habits that take us away from being as "efficient" as we really would like to be.  

I've never thought of nutrition and exercise to be a way to help stop those habits. I'll definitely have to give it a try.
