		<description>Interval training is actually a very important part of my training.  I use the &lt;a href="http://escalatingdensitytrainingdvd.blogspot.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Escalating Density Training&lt;/a&gt; program and its main focus is to do as much as you can in a set amount of time.  So it's more of a speed workout rather than the traditional set + reps.

However, I haven't really done much about my nutrition but I'll look more into that as I've noticed you had another post regarding that.
